Ian Mudavadi is a driven, detail-oriented advocate with over a decade of experience in legal practice and corporate governance.
His practice spans insurance law (personal injury, recovery claims, subrogation, material damage and insurance fraud); banking law (debt recovery, security documentation, fraud and investigation); intellectual property registration, enforcement and litigation; employment and labour relations, including wrongful termination suits and collective bargaining; alternative dispute resolution; and competition law, including mergers and acquisitions and abuse of buyer power.
Ian has worked in the public sector, specifically the roads sector, and has carried out legal and governance audits for state corporations. He is adept at drafting and reviewing policies and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
